The introduction aims at users new to CrossAsia and its services. It will give a short overview of the history and tasks of the portal and the registration process followed by an introduction to CrossAsia Search, CrossAsia Get it services (special interlibrary loan service, acquisition requests and digitisation on demand) and the features of the CrossAsia database portal. The lecture will be held in English.
