Es ist endlich soweit: der Eltern-Kind-Raum ist vollständig eingerichtet und kann genutzt werden! Er befindet sich hinter der ersten Tür rechts nach Betreten des Raums Alexandria und bietet einen Arbeitstisch für Eltern sowie Mobiliar für Kinder.

Am 30. April gibt es dazu eine kleine Einweihungs-Zeremonie zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 8:30 Uhr: Der Generaldirektor der Stabi schneidet klassisch ein rotes Band durch. Da dabei ein Pressefoto gemacht wird, können Sie als Nutzende erst danach Alexandria betreten. Sollten Sie zufällig zu der Zeit vorbeischauen, bekommen Sie zum Trost einen Kaffee – und können diesen vielleicht zusammen mit dem Generaldirektor trinken.

You’ll find it behind the first door on the right after entering the Alexandria room. It’s equipped with a workspace for parents and child-friendly furniture for the little ones.

We’re marking the occasion with a small opening ceremony on April 30th from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.—featuring the classic ribbon-cutting by the Stabi’s Director General. A press photo will be taken during the event, so Alexandria will only be accessible to users after the ceremony.

If you happen to be nearby at the time, you’ll be treated to a coffee as a small consolation. And who knows? You might even get to enjoy it with the Director General.
