Bereitstellungsdauer länger als gewohnt? Provisioning time longer than usual?
Due to staff shortages, your orders from some magazine sections cannot currently be processed at the usual rate. These restrictions are particularly noticeable at the beginning of the week.
After being booked into your library account, the volumes are made available on the shelves. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed every hour at present.
We recommend that you order two days in advance so that your volumes are ready when you arrive at the Stabi. If you order after 1 p.m., you will receive the ordered media the next day at the earliest. Further information can be found under Item Delivery Times on the website.
