Über 400 herausragende handschriftliche Zeugnisse aus dem islamischen Kulturraum wurden am 24. August 2023 per Kunstspedition von Köln nach Berlin transportiert. Es handelt sich um die Handschriften der Max-von-Oppenheim-Stiftung, die als Dauerleihgabe in die Obhut der Orientabteilung der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin übergeben wurden.
